A law firm based in Chicago is actively seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in workers' compensation defense. The ideal candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal representation and counsel in workers' compensation defense cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and internal teams to gather relevant case information.
• Attend workers' compensation hearings, depositions, and negotiations on behalf of clients.

Requirements:
