Duties:

  • Handle Workers' Compensation cases from start to finish.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
