Duties:

  • Handle multiple legal matters at various stages, from inception to conclusion.
  • Produce high-quality legal work and meet billing requirements to ensure excellent client services.
  • Manage and generate business through group and individual efforts.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.
  • Utilize health care expertise within the Corporate Services Group (CSG).
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills for communication with attorneys and clients.
  • Work independently and productively, showcasing a strong interest in advancing a career in CSG.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree.

 

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business; must

maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.

 

Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ACA, Healthcare Benefits, Qualified Plan compliance, Multi-employer plans, and benefits in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Preferably 5-8 years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in health care law.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and productively.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing motions, and court filings.
