The ideal candidate will specialize in sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow, and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a variety of sophisticated secured lending and debt finance transactions.
• Provide expert legal counsel on leveraged finance, including cash flow and asset-based loans.
• Lead acquisition finance transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Play a key role in debt restructurings, offering strategic guidance to clients.
• Handle matters related to equipment finance and other complex financial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents associated with finance transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of substantive law firm experience.
• Specialization in sophisticated secured lending and debt finance transactions.
• Expertise in leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
