Family Law Attorney The candidate will be handling litigation in active dissolution, establishment, enforcement, and modification actions. Be comfortable with advocating and counseling clients involved in highly contentious and emotional matters such as legal decision-making, parenting time, and the division of financial assets. Should preferably have 3 years of family law litigation and trial experience. A solid knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure (ARFLP) and applicable Arizona Revised Statutes is of high importance. Must have strong desire to litigate and be in court.
