Summary:

Clean Earth, a leading specialty waste company in the United States, is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. This full-time position will report to the Division General Counsel and will involve providing legal advice and support to cross-functional teams, coordinating with outside counsel, and overseeing legal matters for the business as a whole. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice to cross-functional teams and identify potential legal issues
- Strategically oversee legal matters for the entire business
- Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters
- Partner with commercial and procurement teams to review and negotiate various agreements
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Provide legal support for intellectual property management
- Real estate experience preferred for negotiating and drafting real estate documents
- Labor and employment experience a plus for supporting Human Resources

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience
- Licensed to practice law in one or more . jurisdictions
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience resolving legal issues efficiently
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Able to interact confidently with all segments of the business
- Resourceful, self-starter with strong business acumen
- Sound professional judgment and integrity
