Job Overview:

The Probate, Wills, and Estate Planning Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload involving probate administration, drafting wills and trusts, and advising clients on estate planning matters. The role requires a thorough understanding of Ohio probate and estate planning laws.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to probate and estate planning issues.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings, including estate administration and litigation matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in probate and estate planning laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Ohio with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on probate and estate planning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
