A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Patent Agent registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office with 5+ years of patent prosecution experience. Duties:

  • Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to draft and review patent applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Registration as a Patent Agent with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
