Job Overview:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to handle personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend court hearings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.

Duties:

• Assist in case preparation, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain organized case files and track case deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Indiana in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
