The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of personal injury cases up to the filing of a complaint. This role involves supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members, evaluating case merits, providing guidance to clients, and focusing on finding solutions. Exceptional communication skills, legal analysis, and the ability to negotiate and settle cases in the pre-litigation stage are essential.

Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases up to the filing of a complaint.
• Supervise and provide direction to a team of staff members.
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients.
• Focus on finding solutions for clients.
• Conduct medical case reviews.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and staff.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Negotiate and settle cases in the pre-litigation stage.

Requirements:

• License in good standing to practice law in Florida (Required).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a large and active caseload.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Florida.
