Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate risk, including supervision and evaluation of testing and monitoring and internal reviews

Required Skills:
• Juris Doctor degree and licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one state in which Bank of America does business
• 5 or more years of relevant experience as an attorney in a law firm, government agency, or in-house environment
• Experience with anti-discrimination and consumer protection laws and regulations, including fair lending & banking laws, UDAAP/UDAP laws
