Overview:
Broadcom, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a Senior IP Counsel to join their IP & Licensing Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing patent licensing campaigns, as well as managing offensive patent litigation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Lead patent mining to identify potential licensing opportunities
- Develop claim charts to support patent licensing campaigns
- Manage offensive patent litigation
- Provide IP legal support to business units
- Supervise patent prosecution with a strategic focus

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of patent litigation or patent licensing experience
- Extensive patent litigation experience at a law firm
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
- JD degree

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $111,000 - $210,000
