  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts throughout the litigation process.
  • Assist in case evaluations and provide legal analysis on potential claims or disputes.
  • Handle a varied caseload including construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability actions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
  • 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to multiple states or a willingness to gain admission in additional states preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications (if applicable):

Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
