A law firm is seeking a Patent Attorney for its Malvern, PA office. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and services related to patent preparation and prosecution. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, preferably in the mechanical or electrical arts, and have 1-3 years of relevant experience.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct patentability and freedom to operate analyses
  • Draft patent applications and responses to office actions
  • Communicate with clients regarding patent matters

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
