Job Title: Intellectual Property Attorney

Experience Information

We are currently seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney with a background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering to join our team at KBA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in patent law, with a focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the technology field. A strong understanding of computer science and electrical engineering principles is required, as well as experience with patent litigation and client counseling.

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the technology field
- Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on patent and intellectual property matters
- Representing clients in patent litigation cases

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one state
- At least 5 years of experience in patent law
- Strong understanding of computer science and electrical engineering principles
- Experience with patent litigation and client counseling

Job Title: Experienced Patent Attorney

Experience Information

We are also seeking an experienced Patent Attorney with a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science to join our team at KBA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in patent law, with a focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the technology field. A strong understanding of electrical engineering and computer science principles is required, as well as experience with patent litigation and client counseling.

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the technology field
- Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on patent and intellectual property matters
- Representing clients in patent litigation cases

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of experience in patent law
