Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various real estate matters, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and transaction structuring.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic legal solutions for real estate transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and closings with counterparties and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff working on real estate matters.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate law, focusing on mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
