The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting and organizational skills, coupled with excellent academic credentials. Candidates must have Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Engage in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Interface with clients on corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research related to transactional issues.
• Participate in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
• Require prior experience with an Am Law 100 law firm.

Education:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Skills:
