  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial personnel.
  • Assist in developing case strategies and client representation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Kentucky State Bar in good standing.
  • 1-6 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
  • Strong desire to advocate for injured individuals and their families.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
