A law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney for their office in Lake Bluff, IL. The attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services.

 

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in Family Law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft legal documents, including correspondence, Financial Affidavits, discovery, pleadings, and pre-trials.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and Court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Illinois.
  • 3 years of experience practicing Family Law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
