The Mid to Senior Litigation Associate Attorney will handle substantive and client-facing assignments, gaining valuable experience and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment. They will be responsible for litigating in both state and federal court, developing litigation strategies, and managing various aspects of litigation.

 

Duties:

  • Litigating in both state and federal court
  • Collaborating with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies
  • Conducting discovery, including depositions, document review, and expert witness preparation
  • Drafting motions and other legal documents
  • Managing e-discovery processes
  • Navigating discovery disputes
  • Arguing motions
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Conducting fact and expert discovery
  • Managing multiple cases and prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general commercial litigation
  • Top academic credentials and a . from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar, or ability to waive in

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
