Job Overview: A law firm based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a highly skilled Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel with a minimum of 7 years of experience to support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on cybercrime and IP enforcement issues.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties on enforcement matters, including clients and government agencies.
• Stay abreast of developments in cybercrime law and enforcement strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.
• Prior experience in civil litigation, IP litigation, and internal, government, and IP enforcement investigations.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Education:
