Duties:

• Represent clients in entertainment-related legal matters, including contracts, licensing, and intellectual property issues.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the entertainment industry, offering guidance on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Draft and review various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide informed recommendations.
• Attend hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on entertainment law.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
