As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for developing new skills outside your comfort zone, managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus, and simplifying complex messages. You will also help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting

- 4+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of the tax issues affecting either the domestic and/or international insurance industries
- Thorough knowledge of public accounting practices, internal domestic insurance tax departments or internal foreign insurance departments
- Comprehensive technical skills in FAS 109, FIN 48, tax provision preparation audit and review, and corporate and partnership tax compliance
- Demonstrates success as tax technical business advisor
- Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment
- Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements, including the use of pricing tools
