Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to VICP matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative agencies.
  • Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding VICP claims.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of VICP litigation experience.
  • Strong understanding of vaccine injury law and the VICP process.
