Job Overview: Provide legal counsel and representation in insurance defense cases. Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage and advise clients accordingly. Conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and represented clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.

Duties:

• Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage and advise clients accordingly.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in insurance defense and coverage work preferred.

Education & Certifications:
