A law firm in Rockford is seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of workers' compensation defense experience. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and have an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in workers' compensation defense cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and colleagues to build compelling defense strategies.

Requirements:
