Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property disputes.
• Conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation strategy and risk management.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
