# Real Estate Staff Attorney - West Coast Offices

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is an AmLaw 100 law firm with eight offices nationwide and seeks a staff attorney to join its Affordable Housing team in one of our West Coast offices. We are relentlessly committed to client service and look for candidates who share that commitment.

## Qualifications

* Minimum of three years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, lending, finance, real estate joint ventures and land development projects
* Lender side financing experience, affordable housing, and prior law firm experience is preferred
* Strong title and survey experience
* Ability to work with our paralegals
* Confident, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently
* Comfortable working in a team environment as well as have the ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney
* Active, in good standing state bar license
* Excellent writing skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Track record of responsiveness
* Positive professional references
