The successful candidate will collaborate with Senior Attorneys and Partners to provide timely and accurate legal counsel to clients in the energy sector. The role requires expertise in drafting title opinions, knowledge of commission and regulatory matters, and the ability to work with a dynamic legal team.

Job Details:

• Collaborate with the firm’s Senior Attorneys and Partners to deliver on-time, error-free results to clients.
• Hold a valid license to practice law in Texas.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting title opinions.
• Experience in commission and regulatory matters is a valuable asset.
• Demonstrate significant familiarity with preparing large, unit-wide divisions of interest and an understanding of overlapping spacing units.
• Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of attorneys, legal professionals, and business support specialists.

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.

Certifications (Optional, but Preferred):

• Certification in Oil and Gas Law.
