Key Responsibilities: - Screen applicants for eligibility for bankruptcy representation - Work with clients to gather necessary information for bankruptcy court - Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and represent clients in court - Evaluate clients for potential discharge of federal student loans and represent in court if applicable - Evaluate and represent clients in tax controversy matters before the IRS, the .
