  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing investment funds, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certifications:
