This firm is looking for attorneys to join their growing offices in lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator, with a focus in the defense of Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims. Insurance defense experience is required, but Labor Law training will be provided. They are looking for candidates who have handled a caseload, taken depositions and have argued dispositive motions.
