The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and communication skills, relevant experience in real estate finance and/or acquisitions, and demonstrate potential for client development.

 

Job Overview:

  • Provide legal counsel and support for real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, and development.
  • Leverage strong drafting and communication skills to effectively represent clients and contribute to the firm's success.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials.
  • Assist with closings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on real estate matters and assist with risk management.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 1-4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or acquisitions and development.
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated work ethic.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar.

 

Skills:
