This is a perfect opportunity for an attorney with a JD degree and active membership in good standing with the Arizona, Utah or New Mexico State Bar, who has a minimum of two years legal experience (family law experience not required).

## Qualifications:

- JD degree
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona, Utah or New Mexico State Bar
- 2 years legal experience – family law experience not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

## Experience:

- 2 years (preferred)

## License:

- Active member of the Arizona, Utah or New Mexico State Bar (required)

Successful candidates will be able to manage their own caseload with staff and management support and will have a strong desire to practice in family law, divorce, paternity, custody disputes, child support enforcement and adoptions, and other civil litigation areas.
