The ideal candidate must possess excellent research and writing skills. Bilingual proficiency is preferred, and prior experience in intellectual property law is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation in Federal Court.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on intellectual property matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and experts to develop case strategies.
  • Conduct discovery, including depositions, document production, and interrogatories.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Federal Court litigation.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Prior experience in intellectual property law is a plus.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar in the state of practice.

 

Skills:

  • Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
