Job Title: Managing Sr. Counsel - Strategic, Community & Specialized Pharmacy (SCS)
Salary Range: $152,300 - $253,800 per year
Job Location: USA, GA, Atlanta; USA, TX, Irving
Experience Requirements: 7+ years of healthcare regulatory and corporate law experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for customer and group purchasing organization contracting and dispute resolution
- Manage contract specialist support for the team
- Provide health care regulatory advice and education on issues related to supply agreements and other arrangements between distributors and customers
- Serve as a legal advisor to business unit leadership on a wide array of topics relating to segment needs
- Coordinate with other attorneys and compliance partners in the legal organization on privacy, litigation, labor and employment, IP, regulatory compliance, and other matters
- Maintain frequent interactions with other internal stakeholders across functional groups

Critical Skills:
- Law firm experience, combined with in-house experience with healthcare organizations, preferred
- Excellent legal analysis and risk assessment skills
- Knowledge of key healthcare statutes and regulations, complex contracting, and corporate compliance programs in the healthcare setting
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to provide sound, clear legal advice to all levels within the company
- Ability to work closely with and influence large cross-functional teams
- Proven management experience, and a strong desire to develop and manage a team of high-functioning legal professionals

Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of healthcare regulatory and corporate law experience
- Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials
- Must be authorized to work in the US
