Duties:

  • Provide management-side advice on labor and employment matters.
  • Specialize in public sector collective bargaining or demonstrate expertise in K-12 Education Law.
  • Offer legal counsel on labor and employment issues to clients.
  • Conduct research, draft legal documents, and provide representation in proceedings.
  • Assist in collective bargaining negotiations and contract drafting.
  • Provide training to clients on labor and employment laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Ohio Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
  • Experience providing management-side advice preferred.
  • Expertise in public sector collective bargaining or K-12 Education Law desirable.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Ohio Bar.
