Job Overview:

The Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in insurance defense litigation matters. This includes providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of practical litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
