Job Description:

- Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters
- Manage the entire legal process, from investigation and discovery through trial prep and court proceedings
- Research applicable laws and develop legal strategies for all stages of litigation
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Communicate effectively and draft legal documents including pleadings and motions

Qualifications:

- Membership in the Florida Bar
- Appropriate special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
- 1+ years of experience as an attorney
- Talent for building strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance law a plus
- Proficiency with technology for remote work and cost reduction
