Duties:

• Provide guidance and direction on litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Maximize case value through effective development and preparation for trial.
• Utilize sophisticated software to manage trial teams efficiently.
• Oversee plaintiff or defense litigation as required.
• Manage trial lawyers and trial teams effectively.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of trial experience, preferably with personal injury trial experience.
• Experience managing plaintiff or defense litigation.
• Proven experience managing trial lawyers and trial teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a thorough understanding of management principles.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of Texas.

Skills:

• Excellent litigation skills with a track record of successful trial outcomes.
• Proficiency in utilizing legal software for case management.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
