A law firm in Woburn, MA, is seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various family law matters and providing legal counsel to clients regarding divorce, child custody, and adoption.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and adoption.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar in good standing.
• 3-7 years of experience practicing family law.
• Familiarity with Massachusetts family law statutes and procedures.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
