Job Title: Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney to join their team. Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of legal experience, with a minimum of 3 years at a law firm specializing in employment litigation.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar is required; New Jersey State Bar admission is a plus.
  • Strong intelligence, ambition, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work diligently, learn quickly, and demonstrate independence while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional writing and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a degree from a top law school and/or previous experience at a top law firm.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (preferred).
