Duties:

• Represent clients in regulatory matters, providing legal counsel and strategic advice.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on regulatory matters.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
