The candidate will primarily focus on litigating product liability, personal injury, property damage, complex commercial litigation, and environmental matters. Duties:

  • Handle litigation of product liability, personal injury, property damage, complex commercial litigation, and environmental matters.
  • Manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience, including defending commercial disputes, personal injury lawsuits, and premises liability actions in State Court.
  • JD from an ABA-Approved law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Experience with Federal Court is a plus but not required.
  • Current Nevada Bar admission in good standing.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-Approved law school.
  • Current Nevada Bar admission in good standing.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
  • Strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cases from inception through trial effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
