The candidate will primarily focus on insurance coverage matters, while also assisting with other business litigation cases. Duties:

  • Assist lead attorneys in handling all aspects of counseling and litigation.
  • Prepare insurance coverage opinion letters.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
  • Participate in depositions and trial preparation.
  • Present motions and assist in dispositive motions practice.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage matters preferred; business litigation experience considered.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education and Certifications:
