Job Title: Tax Senior - National Federal Tax Services - Partnership Solutions Group
Salary Range: $77,070 to $175,500, plus potential for discretionary annual incentive program
Experience: 2+ years in federal partnership tax
Location: 61 locations nationwide

Position Summary:
- Seeking experienced tax specialist for a role in National Federal Tax Services - Partnership Solutions Group
- Opportunity to work with large operating partnership tax clients in various industries
- Focus on client consultation, technology innovation, and improving computational software applications
- Work with Up-C clients on public offering transactions, including SPACs
- Develop an understanding of public monetization transactions and tax receivable agreements
- Create cutting-edge technology for partnership tax, data analytics, and user experience
- Implement strategic tax structures and processes for clients
- Participate in marketplace activities and recruiting
- Identify service opportunities and manage client accounts

Responsibilities:
- Refine skills by working with large-scaled operating partnership tax clients
- Diversify industry experience by working with various industries, including private equity, healthcare, tech, and more
- Deliver value to clients experiencing public offerings and interact with external counsel, underwriters, and more
- Assist clients with public offering transactions, including initial proxy and registration statements
- Work with Up-C clients on an ongoing basis during periodic service periods
- Develop an understanding of public monetization transactions and tax receivable agreements
- Create cutting-edge technology for partnership tax, data analytics, and user experience
- Implement strategic tax structures and processes for clients
- Participate in marketplace activities and recruiting
- Identify service opportunities and manage client accounts
- Advance various Deloitte initiatives

The Team:
- National Federal Tax Services (NFTS) is a national practice within Deloitte Tax LLP
- NFTS service offerings are developed and built to deliver results for clients
- NFTS service lines provide tax planning for the largest organizations across all industries
- Operational Partnership Services (OPS) is a part of Partnership Solutions Group within NFTS
- OPS professionals counsel partnerships on a wide range of federal tax and issues
- Industries served include private equity, real estate, telecom, technology, healthcare, and more

Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 2+ years of experience in federal partnership tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrated research skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, or CFA

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as MST, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Transaction and M&A experience
- Alteryx experience
