Responsibilities: - Manage client engagements, including billing, realization, and collections. - Utilize technology and resources to maximize technical application and hold the team to the same standard. - Collaborate with clients to determine tax objectives, scope, and methodology. - Develop and train team members in client management and technical expertise. - Create and execute a business development plan, including networking and client expansion activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred. - CPA or Bar License required. - Subject matter expertise in corporate, partnership, individual, or trust and estate taxation. - Proven success in managing multiple client engagements and developing new business. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
