- Strategic and creative federal tax professional needed for solving complex federal tax issues

What You'll Do:

- Provide federal tax consulting and compliance services to clients in various industries
- Manage tax engagement team and have access to a group of specialists when needed
- Receive support from firm leadership for success in role and career
- Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, advising on tax issues, overseeing compliance and consulting projects, and providing leadership and guidance to engagement team

The Team:

- Dynamic team with professionals from various backgrounds
- Provides expertise to clients on tax strategy integration in business operations
- Offers services and solutions relevant to client's business
- Assists with global tax challenges and helps transform tax department for greater impact and efficiency

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work in a hybrid model, requiring in-person work 2-3 days per week
- 5+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, and provisions, tax analysis, and research
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Accreditation options include CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Experience in virtual and/or global environment
- Passion for technology and exploring new solutions
- Solid understanding of accounting for income taxes
- Previous experience at Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Strong research, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Management experience

Salary Information:

- Wage range is $84,980 to $169,650, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program, based on individual and organizational performance
