Job Overview:

  • The Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of family law matters from motion practice through trial and appeal.
  • This role requires excellent research skills, the ability to draft motion papers and agreements, and proficiency in appearing in court to litigate family law issues.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research on various family law matters.
  • Draft motion papers, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Appear in court to represent clients and litigate family law cases.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on family law issues.
  • Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation and execution.

Requirements:
