- Actively involved in complex and interesting commercial disputes in the venerated Delaware business courts and venues throughout the US
- Handle all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and appeals
- Utilize superior research, writing, and communication skills
- Must be licensed in Delaware; licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York is a plus
- Experience with arbitration and/or trial is beneficial

Requirements:

- Excellent academic background
- Organized and self-motivated
- 1-3 years of litigation experience
